This summer we will be having four very special learning vacation weeks for guests who want more from their summer vacation than a beautiful location and exciting adventures
Check out these dates and book early as spaces are limited:
June 22nd to July 4th - our Belizean Culture week this year will include guests in an exciting opportunity to learn more about ancient and modern Mayan villages; be exposed to our local Garifuna culture with a visit to the Garifuna museum and the opportunity to learn how to drum and dance the Punta with our local Garifuna dance group. Also an opportunity to learn how our Creole, Mennonite and Hispanic cultures have shaped the Belize you see today. All this combined with our usual adventure trips to reef and rain forest.
July 11th - 18th will launch our Nature and the Environment with an exciting combination of trips and lectures that introduce you to Belize's natural environmental heritage. This week will include bird watching by land and river; a snorkel trip to our reef and one of the famous research stations of Belize; a visit to our world renown Belize Zoo where you can see all the native animals of Belize; a hike in to the worlds only Jaguar Preserve: and a visit that combines the opportunity to explore Mayan caves with a visit to a modern Mayan village in the southern part of our country.
July 22nd - 30th will be the dates for this year's Yoga Retreat this which will combine Yoga and meditation with some of the most interesting adventure trips to the reef, rain forest and Mayan sites of Belize.
August 15th - 22nd will be Slim-that-waistline-week, when we will launch the addition of our Chefs Butterflies Menu items, and our Barmen's Butterflies choice cocktails to our normal menu of gourmet food and drink. Our slim week helps you exercise without even noticing it on our exciting adventure trips to reef and rain forest. Combine these with our choice of heart healthy or vegetarian meals and we can almost guarantee to make those pants fit just a little easier if you follow the program while having a wonderful vacation.
All priced at $1,628 US per person for seven nights in a Poolview room, cabana, beachfront bedroom.
